The Legion Foundation’s annual Make it Monthly initiative is back this March! This is your chance to give back to Veterans and support essential programs that change lives. With a recurring donation of just $5 per month, you can help the Legion Foundation plan for future projects and provide ongoing assistance to those who served our country.

Setting up a recurring donation is simple and impactful. By committing to a small monthly gift, you ensure the Legion Foundation has the resources to continuously support Veterans in need. Plus, as a token of appreciation, all new monthly donors contributing $5 or more on the Legion Foundation website will receive a stunning 24K gold-plated Canadian Flag pin!
How Your Donations Help Veterans
In 2024, the Legion Foundation launched the Veterans Homelessness Program, dedicated to helping Veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Since its launch in June, the program has already helped over 45 Veterans secure permanent housing or prevent eviction. With the support of our amazing donors, we have also provided Apartment Kits through our Leave the Streets Behind Program, offering Veterans a fresh start in their new homes.
Additionally, in partnership with Veterans House Victoria, the Legion Foundation has provided stable, transitional housing to 12 Veterans—with four already moving on to permanent housing! We’ve also granted over $575,000 to Veteran-serving organizations, funding critical services such as PTSD counseling, service dogs, career transition programs, and more.
