A Vision of Hope in Vancouver
Opening in 2026, the Veterans Transition Centre (VTC) will be a purpose-built facility in Vancouver, BC, dedicated to supporting Canadian Veterans as they transition to civilian life. Grounded in community, clinical excellence, and lived experience, the VTC will offer housing, trauma counselling, career guidance, and education support to help Veterans recover from operational stress and rebuild their lives post-service.
Backed by 30 years of research and frontline experience delivering the Veterans Transition Program, the VTC will bring together a proven model of healing and reintegration, all under one roof, close to military services and community resources.
