Key Tags are Now Available

With the help of generous donors, the Legion Foundation BC/Yukon is able to create a local impact for veterans, seniors and youth in local communities. One of the ways that the Legion Foundation BC/Yukon raises funds is through our annual Key Tag Program.

The 2022 Key Tag theme is One Homeless Veteran is Too Many.

It is estimated that over 1500 veterans experience homelessness across British Columbia each year. Since 2010, Cockrell House has been providing housing and social services to help dozens of veterans like Cpl. Jason Mann integrate back into civilian life. Read Jason’s story here. Donations to the key tag program help change the lives of veterans like Cpl. Mann, and gives them the support they need to thrive. Donations also help support other programs like Cockrell House across BC and the Yukon.

Key tags can be ordered or registered online, and can help avoid the frustrating, time-consuming and expensive experience of losing your keys. The key tag program is simple: Register or order your key tags online and attach your new key tag to your key ring. Your key tag shows your support for our veterans and communities, and can save you time and money if your keys are lost. Anyone who finds your keys can drop them off in the mail and they will be mailed to the Legion Foundation office. We will contact you to coordinate the return of your keys. They also make a great gift!
