The Victoria Charter of the Iron Order Motorcycle Club recently donated $2,024 to Veterans House Victoria. The donation was accepted by Dave Sinclair and Terri Orser, who presented President Zapp with a certificate of appreciation.

Veterans House Victoria, formerly known as Cockrell House, helps Veterans who are struggling by providing transitional housing and support. It offers Veterans a safe place to stay while they rebuild their lives and connect with services like Veterans Affairs. It is estimated that as many as 2,500 Veterans are experiencing homelessness or near-homelessness across British Columbia. We believe that one homeless Veteran is one too many.

The Iron Order Motorcycle Club values brotherhood and community service. With chapters around the world, the IOMC Victoria chapter has been extremely supportive of the Veterans at Veterans House Victoria. Their support and kindness makes a huge difference in the lives of our Veterans and we thank them for all that they do!
