The Legion Foundation BC/Yukon has grown significantly in the last 18 months. With the support of a grant from the Government of Canada, we’ve been able to expand our team under the Veterans Homelessness Program, strengthening the services we provide to Veterans across BC and the Yukon.

We are proud to introduce Program Coordinators Maria Serna & Jennifer Tsang, and Lauren Brown, Veteran Outreach Worker. Each of them plays a vital role in walking alongside Veterans, helping them navigate challenges and access the supports they need. Their compassion and commitment are at the heart of the Veterans Homelessness Program, ensuring that every Veteran we serve feels seen, supported, and valued.

We also welcome Erin McDonald, Legacy Coordinator, whose role further enhances our ability to sustain and expand the Foundation’s impact.

Through these efforts—and in partnership with Legion Branches and Veterans Service organizations—we are reaching more Veterans than ever before and ensuring meaningful support is available in local communities. Please explore our Impact Report to see the difference this expanded team is making!
